Vibrating screens

Screening and separation of ground and granulated product

INDUSTRIAL VIBRATING SCREENS

Vibrating tables or industrial vibrating screens are instruments used in a wide range of applications: screening cooling conveying granulated products, ground products, grains, etc.

The material loaded into the vibrating screen, thanks to the combination of horizontal and vertical movements caused by the vibrating masses, is conveyed and separated from the screen mesh, finally being directed towards the outlet.

The handling system involves the use of appropriately dimensioned eccentric mass vibrators, fixed on a sturdy frame.

The suspension of the trough involves the use of suitably dimensioned elastic supports to optimise the operation of the eccentric mass motor-vibrators.

Depending on requirements, we design and build screens of different sizes and screening capacities.

Available in painted carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.

Mesh plates made of AISI 304 stainless steel with perforations of different diameters on request, to allow the separation of powders and granules of different sections.

Screening or mechanical sieving

Screening or mechanical sieving, an essential industrial process for the separation of bulk materials, has evolved significantly with the adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable practices. This method uses mechanical screens or sieves, equipped with perforated surfaces or wire mesh with holes of different sizes to separate materials according to their size or particular characteristics.

Recent innovations in this field include:

  • Improved Energy Efficiency: The new models of screens and sieves are designed to consume less energy. The use of energy-efficient motors and energy recovery systems helps to reduce electricity consumption, aligning with environmental sustainability policies.
  • Versatility and Customisation: The design of modern screening systems is increasingly oriented towards customisation. This allows the screening process to be adapted to a wide range of materials and applications, including those from the recycling and processing of sustainable materials.
Modern mechanical screening not only continues to be a crucial process for separating bulk materials, but is also evolving to become more efficient, sustainable and adaptable to contemporary production and environmental requirements.
